All online purchases are entitled to an exchange or refund in accordance with Vybe’s returns and exchange policy, either in-store or by mail.
For all mailed exchanges and refunds, an exchange/refund form is available upon request via our contact form. Orders to be exchanged or refunded by mail must be returned to the Vybe online store at the customers’ cost via registered post.
Customers may also exchange or refund Vybe shoes at any Spendless Shoes store (our exclusive stockists), provided they have a receipt for proof of purchase and the shoes have not been worn.
