Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot allow earrings to be exchanged or returned to Vybe. Of course, we would be happy to refund faulty earrings. A member of our team will need to assess your items to provide you with a refund. You can:
- Head into our exclusive stockists (Spendless Shoes) and show them in person
- Mail your purchase back to the online storeat your own cost. Please contact us for a refund form if you do.
If you send your items back to our online store, please enclose your postage receipt. Once your earrings are confirmed to have a fault, we will reimburse your postage fees!
